Does Battlefield Pharmacy accept faxed prescriptions?
Battlefield Pharmacy only accepts faxed prescriptions from the prescribing practitioner/physician.
What if I couldn’t make it to pick up my prescription?
Prescriptions are returned to our shelves if they haven’t been picked up in 10 days. If you still need the medication, just give us a call. We’ll be glad to fill it again for you.
I’m almost out of medication, but I haven’t received a call!
If you’re down to your last few doses and you still haven’t heard from us, call Battlefield Pharmacy. Often, you may have just missed our call and we can confirm that your prescription is ready to be picked up. If there is an issue, we’ll let you know how we’re addressing it and when your prescription should be available.
What devices and browsers can I use to access Battlefield Pharmacy Online?
Battlefield Pharmacy can be accessed using a PC, Mac, Phone or Tablet through any of the more commonly used browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari).
What is HIPAA and how does it pertain to pharmacy?
Battlefield Pharmacy is required by the Federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to maintain the privacy of Protected Health Information (PHI) and to provide individuals with notice of our legal duties and privacy practices with respect to PHI.
